Salquisa manufactures and markets FRITS designed to satisfy the most rigorous technical and aesthetic necessities of our client in the entire world, for all type of ceramic products as floor and wall tiles, roof tiles and other glazed construction elements, gresite, tableware, artistic ceramic, etc…, whichever technology used for its production.
Glazes applied behind the ceramic tiles with a high refractory power to avoid the pollution of the kiln rollers. In this way avoiding the gradual pollution of the rollers, increasing their life and making a better movement of the tiles trough the kiln.
Glazes developed specially for each client adjusted to their production conditions, assisting the dilatometric curve of the body, firing curves, necessities of plasticity to get the best results of the finished tile.
Salquisa can supply the engobes in the conventional form of compounds, in liquid form, and as a solid of quick grinding so that the grinding time decrease to optimise their production.
Starting from our frits, salquisa develops base glazes of different types, from opaque to transparent type, and from glossy to mates with a huge range of textures. Like glazes with special technical characterists to obtain the wished results by the client according the type product and the used technology.
Salquisa has a big variety of glazes that cover a wide spectrum of textures, finishes and technical properties, applied on the base glazes or directly on the unglazed body like the natural porcelain.
We put to our clients disposal a wide screenprinting glaze range (micronized glazes for the ink preparation together with mediums) adapted to all the decoration process, from flat screen to the most modern rotative technics. Taking a great variety of firing cycles in account.
Their finishes are numerous, including lusters and special reactive screeprintings for the different temperatures.
Vitreous materials, occasionally mixed with special raw materials, of controlled grain normally less than one milimeter used to give an aesthetics finish to the tile or certain technical properties. Salquisa has neutral and colored granitis.

Salquisa develops atomised glaze adjusted to the body characteristics and firing curves of the clients, used in press decorations for multicharge processes to give an innovative aesthetic aspect.
They are dryglazes irregular flakes with controlled size used in processes of multicharge decoration in industrial press, developed to be suitable with the body composition and productive process or the client.
